Hi,

if You have multiple SMSC connections in the Kannel which is routing
the messages to server in Nigeria, You need to list all of their ID's
in the list of accepted-smsc. Use the names as You have them in the
Kannel config file. I'm not sure if Telenor is one of them :)

accepted-smsc means that messages coming to gateway via those SMSC are
allowed to go to Nigeria...
