Yeap,
From what I see you got two of those. "I am not sure" means that in absense
of any corroborating statement, it is not happening. "Sure" is the operative
word, meaning that either you confirm with a test, or another list member,
which is not interested, is doing it for you (unlikely).
If you want to test it, I recommend to use fakesms, so that it doesn't cost
you with real SMS, and first make it work with a single SMS.
