Dear Sripe,
Seems my emails are bounced off the list as spam. From the headers, this a
kannel site issue. Has this email reached the list before? Could you please
check into it?
Thanks,
Nikos

Hi,
This probably belongs to the devel group. I may have seen a similar
problem in wap, but I have no way of testing sms.
In my case, wap requests would start delaying more and more if using > 4
source IPs (4 different mobiles). Delays would start increasing after
about 20,000 requests and eventually after ~1,000,000 requests, bearerbox
would stop responding. Only a bearerbox restart would restore
functionality.
Problem is located in route_msg (wap only code). The route_info list
maintaining to which wapbox a particular connection is going (to preserve
wap sessions) is never expired and growing unboundly. When grown to a
large enough size, aside from the memory increase, searching it each time
a new message arrives takes more and more time, leading to
non-responsiveness.
Does this scenario sound familiar?
BR,
Nikos

Hi Donald
I've experienced the same issue with 20 smsc_at modems and I've
reported it to list with no reply so far. I do not have an smpp so I
can't say it is specific to smsc_at.
I haven't find a workarround for this.
Regards
Alvaro

Hi everyone,
I think this might be a bug so I just want to post on the users list
first
to see if anyone has managed to solve this problem via config first.
I am running a Kannel installation (cvs-20090721) with roughly 250 AT
(smsc_at.c) SMSC's. The problem I am experiencing is that after some
period
of time it appears messages in the bearerbox get stuck in the store. I
have
used store-status and Alex's store tools to export the store and they all
look like valid MT-PUSH messages (SMSC-ID is routable, etc).
The only way (seemlingly) to get these messages out of the store is to
restart the bearerbox, where they are pulled in and sent.
Has anyone had an issue like this before? Have you managed to solve it ?
I was previously running 1.4.3 with the same issue.
Thanks in advance,
