Hi

You are not deckaring CNMI commands. this is used to tell modem to
send messages to external device (ie kannel). Check the cnmi commando
for the modem you use and add it to your modem init-string.

Sim buffering tells kannel go to look for messages in modem each... 1
min?? There is some issues with this command for some modems. There is
a note about that in the command definition.

By the way... I see you have a nokia device.... note that some of them
does not support CNMI command... have you tried with other
modem/phone?
