Hi,
In folder test/ you can find drive_smpp, which will test your smpp
configuration without acually sending SMS. If you want real smsc
connectivity, you have to contact an SMPP provider, arrange access and
configure it in kannel. There are several examples along with detailed
explanations in the User guide for this.

that connects to a fake SMS center.the communication between the sms app
