When I URL encode your text I get a different thing from the one you are
trying to send, and this is the resulting text:
Jes%3Fs+test+msg+abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz+abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz+abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
