Try below urls it is working for me without adding anything please push
this message to your handset. After testing please let me know your
handset model number or please provide me your mobile number i will push
sample message to your number. Please don't add any extra parameters for
below urls push it as it is. If not works please provide me your kannel
sample configuration i will compare with my kannel conf and let you know.

If your handset does not support oriya/hidhi language.It don't display
meassge properly please make sure that your handset will support
Oriya/Hindi Languages.
