I think am close to it now. However, when i use CHAR(0x06, 0x05, 0x04, 0x23, 0xf4, 0x00, 0x00) I get the following. And though the message was delivered to my phone i could not open it. It appears the last two bytes of the udhdata were not trailed off ?
