Hi
Try to telnet to port 3717 from your bearerbox machine. It might be a
routing/firewall issue.
Also ask provider their logs about your system trying to connect to
their system. I 've seen providers that said they have done everything
from their side and they haven't even create the account or did not
open their firewall for your IP
