Hi,

Yes - spool method is the best in terms of reliability and performance. The sms seen in queue are not yet sent. You cannot force them. You should check logs for errors delivering them, and the http admin command store-status to see which they are. If they are expired you can stop kannel, delete them and restart.

No - You do not loose traffic. They are still processed by kannel. Loosing traffic, would mean that SMS has not been sent and is not in kannel, it has simply disappeared.

Hi,
I am curious with what actually Kannel does with queue list, I am using spool method. I see some files still there, are they actually have been sent and Kannel failed to remove it? If they have not sent yet so how to push Kannel to send them? If Kannel can not force to send them, so can we say that we loose traffic here? TIA.
