You can start/stop/add/delete and SMSc from the http-admin interface,
assuming that you have a recent CVS.
You do not loose any SMS, all pending are saved in your store queue.

For moths i have this problem and i cant fix it:
Often my kannel lost communication with the provider and start to
accumulate SMSs to send, i can fix this problems by:
1) restart kannel (i loose all the pending SMSs)
2) I call to the provider, they restart the conection and my kannel
starts to send al the pending SMSs
The problem is from my provider, beacause with the other companies this
dont happen.
So my question is:
Can i restart the connection (SMSC) without restarting the hole service?
this way i can fix this by myself, without loosing the pending SMSs list.
Or there is an other way to fix this kind of problem?
