Check that the message_id in the DLR isn't the hex version of the message_id in the submit_sm_resp. I may be wrong, but I think I remember answering this question from a customer a few years ago. What is happening is that message_id i get from submit_sm_resp is different than message i get when i get DLR for that message. Due to this kannel is not able to recognize the DLR. Can anyone confirm me if this is probably an issue with SMPP & Should i be speaking to my provider?
