dlr-url Arguments

Hi,

I am willing to use the URL report ability in Kannel.
Where can I find a complete list of arguments (i.e. msgid, state,  
msisdn, etc) I can use in url path ?

Is there a way to set dlr-mask and dlr-url on a global way in config  
file ?
