Hi Mario
Badly seems to be a "way of live" of the operators in southamerica.
I'm in Perú and have almost 2 years battling for having an SMPP link
with Telefonica and Claro. None of them wants to provide me such
connectivity unless I will sign for a millionaire contract.... no
refund... no guarantie.... The option I have is to use GSM lines but
they don't like that either since they said I'm "spamming" their
network. Thing that is not true since I do not send any
commercial/advertising message but interpersonal and interbussiness
messages only.
Hope their mentality changes soon... but wait sat down or you will get
tired to wait ;-))
Regards
Alvaro
