The link you gave does not give more information than the cvs doc I referred to.

Can you give me (or point me exactly  where it is in you reference) the full 
syntax of the http command?
I mean something as
http://localhost:13000/log-level?user=foo&pass=bar&loglevel=3&logfile=smpp.log&otherparametter=othervalue

I gave some tries, but I just give guessing it, convinced that the information 
must exists somewhere.
