Kannel can not read SMS recieved from SAGEM phone

I am failing to configure Kannel to use SAGEM cellphone to read SMS from the 
phone even SIM,  I have set sim-buffering = true and message-storage="ME", i 
have even changed it to SM but still can read sms from the SAGEM my404x 
cellphone
