Regarding Euro sign mapping to 7 bit GSM

Hi All,

Is it possible to map Euro sign to 7 bit GSM.

I am asking this because i connect to some providers using 7 bit GSM.
If i need to send Euro sign from PHP can i do that, if yes what i need
to do? any ideas?
