Yes, but you should always go with the latest CVS, it is production quality
and as you mentioned is 1 year ahead from the 1.4.3 release.

Hi,
I would just like some guidance, I have been running kannel as my message
server for a number of years with very little issues, I have now come to the
situation where I need to start using TLV's. I know that kannel has now got
support for TLV but I would like to know if that support is in the latest
stable release ( 1.4.3 ) or not.
While I am asking I can not help but notice that the last stable release is
almost of year old (proving that this a fantastic release), if it includes
tlv support is this the best one to install or should I go and install ad
daily snapshot.
