Run the kannel as stratup on Centos 5

Dear All,
Please kindly advice regarding to run kannel as service / at start up on
Centos 5.
I was install the kannel by compile the gateway with options
start-stop-daemon.
I was take a few days to search and reading many reference including email
documentation in this mailing list.
Looking forward to have your advice.
