Nope. The way it works is (SMPP_CLIENT = ESME):
ESME -> SMPPBOX ->Bearerbox->SMSC
The connection from ESME is SMPP. The connection to Bearerbox is (Msg *),
which is a kannel protocol. ESME can be any SMPP client.
