No, CVS, but of kannel. Apparently, smppbox doesnt work with 1.4.3, i had to use cvs version of kannel.

OR Theres commercial smppbox created, maintained and supported by Stipe Tolj - in this case you need to contact him directly regarding pricing and availability.
