smppbox installation message Nothing to be done for 'install-exec-am'

Hi all
I was installing smpp box
and it ends up with messages lik
Nothing to be done for 'install-exec-am'

what  i did was
1- downlod kannel svn
2-download smpp svn
3-install kannel svn (OK)
4-istall smppbox (ended with above msg)

is this an error (did smppbox install)
