If you want more information for DLRs when sending sms you need to append the dlr-url parameter to the end of the URL that you are using. Also make sure that you are using the dlr-mask parameter. In that URL you can specify what information you would like posted back. Please see the user guide for details. If so then the ts field although it would seem is a timestamp but it acutally maps to the unique ID provided by the SMSC for that message. I asked this question a little while ago and that was the answer I got and it seems to be correct from my testing. The group can correct me if I am wrong.
