yes i know but priority queue implementation is in driver not in bearebox that is why i am confused that who bearerbox manage its sms coming from smsbox. Also i have seen some list function in smsbox.c e.g

All gw/* files form gwlib which is statically linked to bearebox.c at compilation. They are in a library, so that they can be used in other components as well. It's a bearerbox thing (the queueing is implemented on the SMSC drivers themselves). Check gwlib/gw-prioqueue.* for the queue implementation.
