However, you can get the AT command reference for your modem. If not available, you can choose any other AT GSM command reference manual you can find. AT GSM Commands is a standard protocol --eventhough each vendor has some variants and specific commands-- but most commands are the same. Then, you can use any terminal console software like cu, minicom, vwdial to connect to the modem and pass the commands you want. With this, you can then do the develop you want.
