Nowhere. The client API is not part of kannel. Thre are a few options in the
market like playsms or elite sms, but most aggregators build their own
custom one.

now i want to finish kannel task wise, my first task is to become bulk sms
reseller, in which
i will ill give my web path, user name and password, by which client will
open web link and
upload the numbers on which they want to send sms in excel sheet.
and to client i want to give the
username - username
password - password
server ip - 1.1.1.1
weblink
