Hi,

Your flow is wrong. Smsbox is connected to bearerbox, not smppbox. Smppbox is connected to bearerbox via MSG, not bearerbox to smppbox via SMPP. Of course bearerbox could connect to smppbox as SMPP client (ESME) but that wouldn't do what you want. Bearerbox handles all SMSc routing.

Subject: SMPPBox handling connection to multiple smsc

Hi all,

I’m trying to configure a connection as below, I’ve already configured kannel and all is working fine, I’m connected to SMSC successfully. I’m a SMPP client of and I want to configure SMPPBox to be a server (because may java-based application which is necessary to configure squiz, database queries for different info lines just accept one SMPP connection) and I need 2 SMPP connections.

smsbox SMPPSrv - SMSC1 | / GUI app (squiz, chat, etc) SMPP client <-----> smppbox (SMPP Server) <------> bearbox (SMPP Client) \ SMPPSrv - SMSC2

My problem is how to configure SMPPBox to be the SMPP server for my application, and any issue for routing for proper SMSC and SMS response.

Thanks in advance
