You have wrong permissions on /dev/ttyUSB0. Either make it
readable/writable
by kannel, or, if in ubuntu, put kannel user in group dial.
I have added the user kannel to the group dialout(there was no group
named dial in Ubuntu 10.04). But I am still getting the same error.
Can you tell me little bit about how to change the permission of
/dev/ttyUSB0 ?
