Please follow standard procedure. Post maximum detail bb logs relevant to
your problem, along with your configuration. Also DB entry of received DLR.
Sadly, we are not psychic, yet.

I have set kannel with 2 gsm modem attach to the system and giving the
different sms-id for both modems. when I try to send message using sms-id A
I can send the message & got the delivery report. but the problems is when
try to send the message through sms-id B i can send the message but not get
the delivery report, but i got the new row on the kannel dlr table.
can any one help me with this?
