Hi,
sms-service provides information to the originating mobile. get-url shows
the place where it will get that information. Could be a site with stock
quotes, weather, etc. If you specify it as localhost, you must setup a web
service locally to serve it. You don't need to use a get-url, you can
specify a static text for reply.

via serial port.
