I have added all that but it is not just working. is there a way to disable

I would like to know how I can remove the + sign on the short code, rather than
having +1234 I want to have 1234 when an sms is being delivered to kannel. here
the sms can get to my system, what i am failing to understand is why then will
kannel respond with the default text rather than the service text. here are my
