bb should retry every 30". But it needs a stable connection, if you keep
restarting, it will never get established. Also to activate it you need at
least an SMS send from that smppclient. Lastly, why don't you keep your
smppclient always on? Opensmppbox was not designed for such operation.

I was not able to find it in docs. coz within more than 2 hours after
reconnection, that dlr was not came to smppclient connected to
opensmppbox.

Message in this case is discarded? should be queued to be delivered
later, when opensmppbox connect to bb again. coz opensmppbox make
connection to bb only when have active client.
Is that correct?

wrong:
Scenario 1 - strange behaviour
1) smpp client log to opensmppbox
2) smppclient send sms with dlrmask=19 (expecting ack, fail, delivered)
3) target mobile is offline
4) smppclient lost connection to opensmppbox (simulated network issue)
5) target came online, sms was delivered, kannel got DELIVRD DLR
6) after 1-2 minutes came smppclient back online, and successfuly
connected to opensmppbox, but no dlr will came.
Scenario 2 - correct behaviour
1) smpp client log to opensmppbox
2) smppclient send sms with dlrmask=19 (expecting ack, fail, delivered)
