That's a standard HLR response, but it is "Unknown subscriber" (i.e. MSISDN
doesn't exist). However, "Unidentified subscriber" is a modem response that
could mean something entirely different.

A quick google search gets to:
30 - "Unknown subscriber"
This cause indicates that the subscriber is not registered in the HLR
(i.e. IMSI or directory number is not allocated to a subscriber).

Have you defined your source/from number in smsc_at config?
Have you talked to your provider? Maybe there is a problem with the
activation of your sim with the provider.

Yes, it is registered and activated.
In fact, I can send and receive SMS; just that these errors kept appearing
like every few seconds... and my log sizes are becomes huge after a short
time..
