You can define the credit limits from the application that posts the send-url to the smsbox. Then define a separate smsc group with a different smsc-id to which you can use to route the messages once you exceed the daily 1,000 limit on one smsc. I do this using my bulk sms accounts by monitoring the message count on each smsc.
