Please use users list for such questions.
You seem to be missing your mysql and libxml2 libraries. If in linux check
/etc/ls.do.conf and make sure that you have the correct library paths. Do an
ldconfig. In solaris fix your LD_LIBRARY_PATH in your shell and restart your
shell.
