dlr-url causes 'lstat failed: couldn't stat'

I added 'dlr-url¹ to my config file and the bearerbox panicked after this
error message:

2011-07-09 20:41:19 [9303] [0] ERROR: lstat failed: couldn't stat
`http://[IP address]/includes/dlr.php?dlr=%d&dest=%p&report=%A' 2011-07-09
20:41:19 [9303] [0] ERROR: System error 2: No such file or directory

The file does exist at the specified location. This is the offending line in
my kannel conf:

dlr-url="http://[IP address]/includes/dlr.php?dlr=%d&dest=%p&report=%A"

Can anyone see what is wrong? I have tried changing the IP address to
Œlocalhost¹ and Œ127.0.01¹, but without success.
