Winwap has the option of sending wap1.x traffic when using a gateway. You can specify port & protocol there. Beware, you need to use 32bit XP, I haven't been able to make it work under 64bit systems. It is not supported very well any more. You can try downloading Nokia'a NDBMS or get Openwave.
