Sending Unicode Message over 70 characters

Hi Guys,

I'm using GSM Modem to send SMS. To send unicode messages I use
charset=UTF-8 and coding=2. My problem is that I could not be able to send
messages over 70 characters (unicode).
Appreciate all comments !
