When kannel gets a sms from the <SMSC>, sends the sms to the <openSMPPBox> that sends the sms to the <ESME> via smpp protocol. 1) Is it posible that the <SMSC> gets a submit_sm_resp OK only if the <ESME> accepts the SMS? 2) Is it posible that the <ESME> gets a submit_sm_resp OK only if the <SMSC> accepts the SMS?
