You are a sms service provider so you must own http://blog.ektel.com.np/2012/01/sms-messages-between-esme-server-and-smsc-server/ ESME server that interacts with SMSC server of the telecom operator. In order to connect your ESME server to SMSC server you need http://blog.ektel.com.np/2012/01/smsc-smpp-server/ SMPP protocol functionality on your ESME server. There are lots of open source sms application codes such as kannel and logica among them being popular. If you want to build your own SMSC, you need to understand http://blog.ektel.com.np/2011/12/short-message-service-center-smsc/ smsc architecture , smsc hardware and smsc software modules.
