new String&#40;text.getBytes&#40;&#34;UTF-16BE&#34;&#41;, &#34;UTF-16&#34;&#41;

Charset.forName&#40;&#34;UTF-16BE&#34;&#41;.decode&#40;text&#41;.toString&#40;&#41;&#59;
 &#13;&#10;&#62; and some more big methods that are not necessary to list, the 
point is  &#13;&#10;&#62; that the message never gets decoded. &#13;&#10;&#62; 
I wonder if there&#39;s something in Kannel config I could do to fix this  
&#13;&#10;&#62; problem. &#13;&#10;&#62; Thanks in advanced. &#13;&#10;&#62;
