Hi Chad,

thank for your response. I suspected this but i was looking for
confirmation from community. I have already tried with alt-charset but in
this case don't help me. Unfortunately the characters representable between
the previous two encoding are different and i need to use GSM with
data_coding = 1.

I need to take a non standard solution. :(
