Short code SMPP session binding

Hi ALL
Please help me for binding Short code SMPP & MO url. xuly I do not get what are 
the extra (mandatory)  parameters for shortcode SMPP account, and in 
kannel.conf file.
How could i configure MO URL for Short code responds?
