Hi All,
I'm facing problem in configuring Kennel SMS throughput.
I have set the throughput to 1 in the config file but I'm able to send
many messages in one second.
Below is my configuration.

smsc-id = testsmsc
host = localhost
port = 5018
receive-port = 5018
smsc-username = smppclient
smsc-password = password
throughput = 1
system-type = VMA
service-type = test
interface-version = 34
address-range = ''
msg-id-type = 0

Can any one please help me to figure out what is the solution for this.
