using %P and %p results like  does not remove + from the receiver part

it remove + from the sender but not from the receiver I want to remove +218 in 
receiver number.

Hi, 

If you're using the get-url in the sms-service configuration you can use one of 
the other escape-codes, which are noted in the Kannel user guide Table 6-9. 
Parameters (Escape Codes):

The + sign is a sender/reciever formatter, while %p/%P will use the 
non-formatted.
