Hello,

I think, if you are on ext2 partition than you should use spool (multiple files 
for faster performance) as ext2 is not having journalles and if you are on ext3 
than you should use file(signal file for queue store and forward) for faster 
performance. Mysql is for dlr store under mysql databae.
