Yes, probably the version mismatch of your smsbox and your bearerbox is the problem.

I also realize that we have different version of kannel, the bearerbox machine is running 1.4 and i'm running svn-r4939, i dont know it this could be related. if somebody cound give me a tips about what could happen i really appreciated thanks
