Hi You are mixing things.
0: Accespted for delivery is a KANNEL answer to your sms-box call. It is NOT message status. DLR-2 is the message status FROM your SMSC and the log shows kannel is calling your dlr_url (http://localhost/playsms//index.php?app=call&cat=gateway&plugin=kannel&access=dlr&type=%d&slid=300&uid=1) Therefore your index.php is responsible of updating the message status in whatever database you use. If this is not happening, then you should debug your index.php BTW looks like there is a double slash in your dlr-url: ...playsms//index.php...
