If it does, I haven't found it. I have a similar requirement (I need to use a different source_addr for different SMSCs). Have a look at http://www.kannel.org/pipermail/users/2012-September/018586.html. It explains the current in-production workaround to my problem. It isn't quite the same as yours, but might give you some ideas.
