Hi, Run Kannel in Debug mode; This way when you send and sms, you are able to see submit_sm_resp of the same and you'll know whether the message was sent by smsc. When you're dealing with large sms numbers a day, you just have to trust your smsc's 99.99% SLA guarantee since I don't think there is a way of confirming is all of them were really sent out; You can easily confirm using selected numbers;
